Our Story

L.I.V.E (Living In Victory Everyday) Nonprofit Transitional Reentry Program has been formed and appointed at this specific time as a voice for formerly incarcerated women bringing restoration to the community and citizens, bridging the gap where division resides. As leaders we are obligated to represent hope, and reach the lost for the purpose of maintaining a good environment for future generations. We have an opportunity where misfortune has taken place and opposition against families has developed into hard times and resulted in a lifestyle of bad choices. Our facility will offer women a better solution by approaching them with educational workshops and resources, programs instructed by professionals and temporary shelter to help them understand the importance of priorities, and positive direction for life’s issues. We will demonstrate productive living for incarcerated women by sharing a hopeful lifestyle that is found only in the willingness to make necessary changes needed. We want to help women by encouraging motivation verses rejection, and offer direction instead of isolation. Division has destroyed so many families, as a result our younger population express an attitude of resentment towards adults because we share no mutual respect for one another. The confidence in homes has been damaged because unity is lost. We are not offering a false hope but a chance to RESTORE, REBUILD, and REDEVELOP the lives of women whom by nature were created with nurturing hearts for their families and communities, working in oneness neighbor among neighbor. Our goal is bringing awareness to the public with understanding of our programming, and the importance of why supporting this vision is beneficial to everyone involved.
